Are you a music facilitator with a passion for access and inclusion in music? Do you have experience of supporting Disabled people to make the music that matters to them? Are you curious to use technology in your community music practice?  If you are passionate about our mission and have the skills, and experience, we are looking for, we would love to hear from you. 

Training and CPD

We’re always exploring new ways to help people reach their potential through learning together and staying open to self-reflection. 

We offer CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for practitioners working on our programmes, as well as for practitioners interested in what we do. Our training days, held each term, focus on collaborative learning and skill-building in a supportive, reflective environment. We take on board the insights our practitioners bring back from our programmes and feed these into our training. 

Whether it’s refreshing your Makaton skills, completing a First Aid course, or developing technical skills on our specialist equipment, we make sure the training is relevant for those who attend.
