OmniMusic appoints new CEO

OmniMusic is excited to announce the appointment of our new CEO, EJ Trivett.

EJ joins us to steer the future direction of the organisation, combining her background as an Arts Consultant, Creative Business Coach and in leadership of Arts Council England NPOs.

EJ says:

“The opportunity to lead OmniMusic’s future trajectory comes at a really exciting time. 

Stockport’s new Cultural Strategy, the Borough’s position in the wider GMCA landscape and the rich developments in this vibrant, blossoming community provide an inspiring backdrop for the charity to grow.

As a parent of a child with additional needs, OmniMusic’s work also connects with me on a deeply personal level. And after nearly 20 years working in larger arts organisations, the chance to bring that knowledge to benefit a charity on my doorstep, is really special.

I am working with Doug and the board to immerse myself in the world of Assistive Music Technology and look forward to sharing our future vision with you very soon.”

EJ is especially driven to support creative and cultural organisations to build their resilience in these difficult times, supporting them to craft strategic plans that are robust enough to weather the current economic climate.
