Welcome back, Charlie Jack!
7th April 2022Throughout Autumn 2021 we collaborated with The Writing Squad, Disability Stockport and The Heatons School in a new music and drama project, funded by Arts Council England.
Working alongside the marvellous Georgia Affonso from The Writing Squad and our fabulous freelance musicians Art Bailey and Amy Bowles, we created two new spoken word and music pieces with our groups from Disability Stockport and The Heatons School.
Love was definitely in the air while we composed these pieces, as both groups chose to write about romance, holidays and our favourite things! We met Charlie Jack and Molly Candy, our protagonists dreamt up by Disability Stockport, and Norman, our main man created by The Heatons!
We recorded these pieces as a group and will be featuring them on our SoundCloud page in no time. Watch this space!
